Hi,
my two questions about upgrading Kerio:
1. The Kerio maintenance of our customer has expired since a long time. So he is
considering about buying a new one. Can he use the new license key in an existent
installation?
2. The installed version is 8.0.2 (build 1117), 32 bit on Windows Server 2008 R2. What is
the best way for upgrading to an actual version?
- 8.0.2 (32 bit) -> 8.0.2 (64 bit) -> 9.1.0 or
- direct upgrade 8.0.2 (32 bit) -> 9.1.0

Digital Nord wrote on Tue, 26 July 2016 09:11Will the koff-clients do the automatic update from 8.0.2 to 9.1.0 or do we have to do it in two steps (8.0.2 -> 8.5.3 -> 9.1.0)? There is no need to install any intermediate KOFF versions. Be warned however that the database upgrade from versions 8.0.x and lower may take a long time depending on the database size and performance of your hardware. Alternatively, you can clean the cache before the upgrade, and then resynchronize.
