Hi Everyone,

I'm working with Kerio Support on a problem, but thought I'd post here as well.

Has anyone experienced the Kerio Connect Web Client crashing and glitching on contacts?

We're currently using 8.5.3

I have two users who are using the Kerio Web Client. When they try to use the auto-complete feature in the To/CC/BCC it no longer provides any drop downs, autocomplete, or other functionality.

If they go into the Contacts section of the client it sits and loads for about a minute before bringing up a crash dialog.

I can't see anything obvious in the logs, and they're not sharing any contact between them (except for the standard Kerio server wide list).

Sending and receiving email appears to still be working properly, and as far as I know it's not affecting other users. If the user switches back to the old webmail they can access their contacts normally.

Any suggestions on things I could check for?

Аналогичная проблема. Проявляется только на android. Версия android значения не имеет. Интересно то, что поиск и подстановка по полям To/CC/BCC до июля 2016 работала.

A similar problem. It appears only for android. Android version does not matter. Interestingly, the search and the substitution of the fields To / CC / BCC to July 2016 worked. (Google translator)
