Hi,
the new antispam feature is great, but it also causes some problems with false positives.
The main problem is that because of Spam/No Spam buttons gone there is no possibility for users to tell the system something is or is not spam.
I get emails from a distributor that always land in the spam folder and not in the one I designated by rules. There's no possibility for the user to change this behaviour.
Today I had the case that mails from Brainworks landed in the Junk-Mail folder and I can't do anything about it as a user.
The only possibility is to put those senders to the whitelist.
But that's not a good choice, because not in every company there is an administrator who is able to do that.
In the end we have lots of user calls to put their customer's maildomain on the whitelist of their servers and they're not willing to pay that time because they say, we could do this by ourselves all the time and now that's impossible for the normal user, so you got to fix it.
Same thing with obvious spam coming through all the time and I can't mark it as spam so it doesn't bother me every day.
So please reinstall the old spam/nospam mechanism for our users. Everybody asks me about it.

Same problem here. All of our customers that has new Antispam enabled ask us to disable it because of all the problems that you mentioned.
Again, there's another issue: some mail from legitimate senders like banks or other simply disappear because the new antispam score it to 10 and discard it.
This is a BIG issue that cause the antispam to be unusable.
If those issues don't be fixed no one of our customers wil renew the new antispam annual fee.
