Hello

Is it possible to share a user calendar with a external call center? i don´t like to give the call center the the cardDAV login data of the user. They should only see the calendar.

Thank you for answers.

You can set the sharing access rights to "Public" via your Kerio Connect Client and then give the shown URL to the call center. It could be, that you need to use https in the URL instead of the shown http.

The only prerequisite is, that their client is able to subscribe to such type of calendar (ical/webcal).
But be aware of the fact, as it is a public access setting, everybody who knows the URL can subscribe to it.

Can you add another account to your server (e.g. "Call Center") and share the calendar with that account?

Lock down the Call Center account with regards to mail options (i.e. local only) and then you can update the password on that account as needed without disturbing other accounts.

Cheers,
Jon
