Hello. We are currently running 8.4.1 on a Mac server, and most of our clients are running Entourage 2008. We need to upgrade to Outlook 2016, so we are planning to move the server to 8.5.2p1, convert users to Outlook 2016, and then upgrade the server to the current release. However I note that Entourage is not officially supported in 8.5.2. I did some limited testing and it seems like Entourage will still connect and get mail in 8.5.2, but if we run into issues, can we downgrade back to 8.4.1? Can I just re-run the 8.4.1 installer over 8.5.2p1?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dave,
If you are only using the email piece of Entourage via IMAP, then I believe any version of Connect will work.
If you are use Calendar/Contacts as well, then I don't know what the issues might be as we've phased out Entourage prior to upgrading to 8.5.x.

All user accounts are set-up as 'Exchange' accounts, not IMAP. I'm just worried that my limited testing might have missed a vital feature, and when I roll out 8.5.2p1 if there are major issues I'd like to quickly go back to 8.4.1.
