Hi, I can't find where is the written procedure so I can configure our photocopier (a Toshiba) so that when we scan a page, and choose to send the PDF by email, it will got to the Kerio Connect of our server. Where is this procedure??? Our server is configured so that "internal" emails are sent directly to users, and we want the photocopier to do the same.
Thanks
Andre

To expand on what Petr has suggested: You will need to create an "address book" in the copier/scanner with each user's e-mail address. You will also need to configure the copier's e-mail or network settings with the IP address of your Kerio Connect server in the "SMTP address" settings. For specific instruction for both of these step, you need to refer to your copier's documentation.
Once the above two steps are accomplished, users should be able to simply walk up to the copier, pick their name from the copier's address book, and scan the document(s).
