I have an OSX desktop running Kerio Connect server - can I install OSX Server over the top without any issues?

Cheers

It's generally better NOT run Kerio Connect Server and OSX Server on the same machine, it will give issues with port conflicts depending on what services you want to run in Kerio and OSX.

I second that. OS X Server (and new OS X versions generally) is gradually getting worse for running a server software.
