Hi,
Can anyone from Kerio reply as to whether any work is being done to the domain footer. There are a load of voted ideas for the domain footer - replies/forward issue going back 5 years but there does not seem to be any update on them.
We have recently moved to the domain footer across our company and its causing such a headache with staff complaining about the appended signatures its unreal.

After 7 days, the lack of courtesy from yourselves to not even give a single response is astounding. More so the fact I am an existing 140 user subscriber.
Given the lack of any update or response I have decided to role the footer system back to client only devices.
I am now on the search for a email server product with active/helpful support.

Quick enough to post a response to indicate this is not a technical support forum! So you do monitor the forums and questions asked and you decided that my comment/request did not dictate a response.

@Tazho -- what problems are you having? Outlining that may help. As Pavel indicated, this is a user forum, not an official tech support forum. When I ask questions here, I expect to hear for other users that may have had a similar problem, but certainly appreciate when someone from Kerio can chime in.
Have you tried contact Kerio or your reseller directly with your issue? what was the result of that?
That said, I did a search on feedback.kerio.com, and the footer related requests with the most votes have been addressed. There are several requests that translate to "please put the footer after my text, not at the end of the message". That's been discussed on another thread, and I have to admin I'm skeptical that it can be done.
