Outlook 2016 MAC and KC 9.01 setup hanging and group contact problems [message #126874]

We started rolling out Outlook 2016 to our Mac users and are running into a few problems.
1) The installer hangs and won't finish (this has happened on a few new Macs running El Capitan
2) If I manually setup the account, groups are not shown in the address book and can't be used. Single contacts do show up. It's just groups that don't work.
3) Outlook seems to become unresponsive on a regular basis (approx every 2 minutes)

Anyone else run into these issues? A few of my people got so angry about it that they went back to Outlook 2011. The common denominator is that the problem users have the newest Macbook Pro computers.

Any insight would be very helpful.

That solves the groups mystery. Now for the problems with the Kerio setup tool. My guess is that it is an El Capitan issue but I'd like to get confirmation on it. I wonder if that is also the reason for Outlook 2016 freezing every two minutes. Very odd stuff going on here. Fortunately, most of my 220+ users are fine. It's just people who got new computers with El Capitan and Outlook 2016 who have troubles.
