Error log going crazy since installing KC9.01 [message #126431]

My error log is going crazy with tons of these errors. I read how to clear the journal SQLite error but I keep getting more and when I clear it for one user, I have trouble with another user.
Very frustrating. I kind of wish I hadn't upgraded.
Anyone have some insight on this?

I'm super surprised no one else is seeing this. I'm getting an error every second and have been since installing 9.01. I really think there is something wrong with this version.
