I would like to know wich is the best practise to increase disk size?

does Kerio has a guidelines to follow?

It depends a bit on your environment. Virtualized environments can often just expand the data store (you did put it on a separate volume than the OS, right?), and use OS specific tools to expand the data store.

If you have to move to new server/storage, there are several schools of thought. For smaller data stores, the Kerio KB document on moving to a new server usually works.
