Hi
Just received insurance replacement phone (Samsung Galaxy S4).
Backed up to Kerio prior to replacement.
Now on trying to connect to restore, the connection is failing. Computer is same as previously backed up and synced to so not restricted.
Phone is set to 'media device' on attempted connection.
Has anyone else experienced / resolved?
