I migrated one of our plants from Exchange to Kerio Connect (We are running 8.5.1 On Debian, 16GB ram, 4x vCPU). One of the features these users miss is distribution groups that work like they had in Exchange. I have created standard Kerio Connect user groups with associated e-mail addresses. These deliver the messages just fine. The functionality that they miss is being able to see the membership list of a group, either in OutLook's contacts book, or by choosing it and expanding it in the 'To:' field.
I can simulate that by logging into the Kerio Client as admin, then adding a new 'Contact Group' in the 'Global Addresses'. These can then be chosen in OutLook, and expanded to the individual recipients just like OutLook connected to Exchange. The only problem is that when a user is removed, they are not taken out of this 'Contact Group'. We use literally dozens of these, and some people belong to several. Reviewing and removing them manually is someone of an annoyance. Is there a way to automate this?
