After installing iOS 9 to several devices, we encouter massive problems with the connection to kerio connect.
Devices with an existing kerio account sync very slow with the kerio server. It is not possible to register a new iOS 9 device - no sync...

Has anybody the same problems?

There are 3 devices in our company causing trouble, two others are working correctly?!? It seems that there is a problem with the iOS Update itself maybe?!?

We've had 3 phones get bricked by the iOS9 upgrade. All were going from iOS7.x to iOS9, so that may be a factor. I wold remove the account from the troublesome devices and re-add using the 'set up my device' link on the webmail page.

Setting up a new account on an ios 9 ipad via the "Setup my device" thingy, seems to work fine for me...
It was on an old ipad mini I wiped and setup from scratch...

The problem is, that i can't add a account. The process itself works fine, but the contacts mail, calendar, etc. are not syncing. Nothing happens at all.
Strange. I downgraded to 8.4 on one device - working again..

so this problem is known, and is a kerio bug ?
Can my clients update to IOS9 safely or is it not reccomended yet ?

Does it then maybay help to delete the Kerio profile, and set it up again.. ?

I reported it to kerio - they are investigating it.
It seems that this is more a iOS bug - because on some devices everything is fine while others causing problems.
If the device is causing trouble you can't just delete and setup the profile again! After deleting you can't add a new profile...

Hi Jetwes,

Thx for you info and quick response..
I Will tell my clients not to update to IOS9 yet..

But what do you mean that you can't delete and setup the profile again ??
Why is this not possible, I've done this before.
Or is this part of the Bug in IOS9 ?
I'm little confused about this..

You can setup the profile again. You won't get any error. But the device does not sync with the connect server any more. So you won't get new mails, all your contacts are gone and the calendar has no items, too. It seems that there is a problem registering the accounts correctly in iOS9 (only on some devices at our side - several iPhone 6, two iPads, an iPhone 5s...). Very strange!

Additional Info: It has nothing to do with the kerio user. I could setup a user on another iOS9 device with ease - while the same user does not work at his own iOS9 device...

This is a bug in Notes app on iOS 9. Unfortunately, the app will not upload that note to any Exchange ActiveSync server. But if you make any change in the note, it is uploaded instantly.

I've got an answer of kerio to my support ticket.
They say, that iOS9 isn't supported officially yet. Their advise is to not update to ios9 at the moment.
There's coming an update of connect with ios9 support.

There seems to be major problems with activeSync (Exchange) and iOS 9. Just google "iOS9 exchange". There are dozens of post in forums..
On my own device i could solve the problem by completely wipe the device and start from scratch (no restore from iCloud Backup)...

We can't confirm „major issues". If you Google things, you will find a lot of stuff which doesn't refer to Kerio.
