Hi
I am new to this board. Mainly because we have nearly no problems with our Kerio Connect infrastructure.
But there is one issue that keeps bugging us:
Sometimes (somewhere from 0.3 to 3 times a day) a user calls because he doesn't receive mails he is expecting or he can't create/modify calendar events.
These issues are dealt with in a simple way: Kill the kOffRtfWrapper.exe process using the task manager. After that the missing mails arrive and calendar events are created or edited.
Our Outlook versions vary from 2003 to 2013 (all in 32bit) and the OS are Windows XP 32, Windows 7 64 and Windows Server 2008 R2.
Sometimes I see that the .exe is at 13% CPU-Load (meaning: 100% on one core), but sometimes it's not.
I can't find a reason, what's causing this, as everything works fine after the task is killed.
I also suspect, that this issue occurs more often, than I am reported, as not all users realize if they don't receive new mails short (1-2 hours) before the end of the workday.
Does anyone know those symptoms and has an idea how to solve the problem itself instead of tending to the symptoms?
Regards
Ingo P

Kerio Outlook Connector is able to restart koffRtfWrapper.exe automatically and killing it makes Kerio Outlook Connector to retry the previous operation, so:
- your steps are the correct ones
- it is probably random issue, so it is hard to analyze.
I suppose it is a bug in Kerio Outlook Connector, so reporting to Kerio Technical Support is probably the only thing you can do.
