How can allow user to open URL group after traffic quota exceed when we enable "Block any future traffic"
"Exclude traffic to/from IP address which belong to" just work when user have quota but after quota exceed user can't open any URL.

Well, you can't exactly check a box that says, "Block any future traffic" and expect something different once the quota has been exceeded.

I'd recommend using the radio button just below that and NOT block traffic, but instead apply a bandwidth management rule to limit the available bandwidth for users who've exceeded the quota.

There is an option in Kerio "Accounting and Monitoring->Exclude website statistics for URL which belong to". I Create my own URL and add some http website (I know that HTTPS does not support if https filter is not enable). and for a special user I setup Quota and set to "Block any Further Traffic". But When User finished his quota, that URL website are not accessible!!!!!!!!!!!!

please help me.
