duplicate emails? [message #122856]

Many times, when we receive emails with multiple internal Cc recipients, we receive duplicate e-mails (server set to all emails sent to admin account so can monitor)

Other times not

There is no rhyme or reason?

Duplicates can happen due to misconfiguration, or due to timeouts when sending (email client resending same email due to lack of acknowledge from Kerio Connect server).

Use the Mail and Operation logs to track these duplicates.
Make sure they are actual duplicates (same Message ID)

Maybe calling our Tech Support line will give you a faster resolution.

Logging is on, no duplicate MessageID - it just sends one email from every mailbox I have attached and one extra per from the main account - so with 3 attached mailboxes, the end recipient gets 7 messages from all 3 (not all are kerio connected mailboxes) of my email address. This is only suspect log entry
