Hello
I am using kerio connect for testing. I maped users from AD to Kerio connect and I can't sign in with AD users, I have not problem with local users. any help please.

Make sure that Kerberos client on server with Kerio Connect is configured properly and that Kerberos realm in domain settings is correct. There is a lot of information in this forum and kb.kerio.com about this.

In the kerio connect admin guide I read this "Usernames must be in ASCII or users will not be able to login to their accounts" what means ASCII?
