Don't search the error within kerio alone, look more around.
Only activate the SMTP Log in debug, maybe the SPAM log too. Then send a mail from the bad domains. (SSL + Network is the wrong one)
If there is NO connection with SMTP, something else is blocking. If kerio blocks the mail, you get some kind of SMTP connection info in your log. And there should be something like "BlueWin sends "helo" "Connection closed "SPAM"" etc.
With nothing like that, you can assume that the domain/provider, firewall or something else is blocking the connection before the server.
Also check the ports and routings to kerio - maybe a port is not routed like it should be (SSL SMTP maybe). Also SSL v3 in your log shouldn't be used anymore, maybe the domains block any connection with it? You can disable that one in kerio, dunno about where out of my head.
AND a disabled firewall is a bad idea.... work with port mappings and an active firewall.

Sorry for the SSL debug suggestion. I wasn't sure what all it covered, not taking it doesn't report on external connections.
Unless something before Connect is blocking the connection, you should see a EHLO command in the smtp log. But I am wondering about maybe a Grey list blocking it. Maybe someone knows how that works. I would also check the Security log, sometimes helpful entries are put in there.

hi there,
thx for all the infos. i've checked all the firewall setting but nothing seems to be very unusual at the modem. the unusual stuff is that on the same network with a other mail server for example icloud.com i can receive mail from the bluewin.ch domain.
so this means that the ISP is not blocking this domain. in fact the bluewin is the mail service from our ISP swisscom. they will not block their own mail domain.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem with Kerio Connect and external sender from bluewin.ch!
Emails from bluewin.ch don't arrive since 2 weeks. Everything else is working. Others domains can email us, we can also email to bluewin.ch and others domains. Our ISP is also Swisscom.
Nothing shown in debug log (smtp log activated), emails from bluewin.ch simply don't reach our mailserver.
I know the post is old, but could you please tell what was the solution?? I already try everything I could think of, with no luck.
Thank you very much!!

Yes SMTP Server message is on. But nothing is shown when sending from bluewin. For other domains everything is working (EHLO, RCP TO,..).
Senders receive an automatically generated message after 24h from bluewin
One header for example:

If there is nothing in the logs, the problem is likely somewhere between bluewin and your mailserver. Do you have another appliance in front of your mailserver?
Have you contacted the postmaster at bluewin to find out if they are aware of a problem on their side?

We have a router, from our ISP Swisscom. Our "MAIL.ourdomain.ch" is an fixed IP by them. I'd like to add that the problem with bluewin has come with no changes from our side.
What did change was a migration/update php for "WWW.ourdomain.ch" made by our website provider (Dfinet, not Swisscom). Since then, senders from bluewin couldn't reach us at all (it can be a coincidence, but..).
So the firt thing I did was call them, but basically they say "hey it's a bluewin problem, we can't help you, bye". So then I called Swisscom and they are working on it now but I have no news since yesterday and they weren't so sure about what to do.
So in the meantime I try to speed up things and to understand what is the root cause of the problem?
That's why I would like to know what was the solution found??

I don't think the updates to your website are responsible, that should affect more domains sending to you.
The Swisscom router could be a problem, maybe they changed the software or configuration.
But I think you missed one point from my list: contact the bluewin postmaster. They should be interested in having this solved and may check their logs or be able in helping otherwise.
