My staff have reported to me that, since a recent KC upgrade (probably 8.5 but possibly an earlier one), their mailboxes are not updating in real time when using the Kerio Connect webmail client.

They use a shared folder called info, and all email addressed to info<_at_> goes to that folder. 2 or more staff could be looking at this folder at the same time, replying to customer messages. When replied, they delete or archive the original email.

Since a recent upgrade, this folder does not reflect any changes made on other computers. So if a message is deleted, it continues to display in other KC clients until the user clicks on another folder and then clicks back again.

It seems like some kind of refresh mechanism has broken.

Has anyone else seen this, and found a solution?

KC server version is 8.5 and clients are using Safari on Mac (mostly Yosemite).

Thanks

I've noticed the same but only since the upgrade to 8.5, 8.4.x didn't have this issue.
I normally have KC client open on my mailbox on several pc's simultanuously. When I read a mail from my inbox on one pc, the message stays unread on the other pc's.
Another thing I noticed - but I think it's related - is that sometimes when selecting another folder, the content of the previous selected folder stays on screen. This is very confusing.
Our setup is a 130-users KC 8.5.0 on Debian 7.8 64-bit and Connect clients on various browsers but allways the latest versions (we use pdq to daily deploy latest versions of ff and chrome).
