I am deligated for another person. If I create a new appointment directly into the calender of this person (Connect 8.5, Win7, Outlook 2010 with KOC) and invite myself to this appointment, I cannot edit this appointment on my iPhone (ActiveSncy, iOS 8.3). It only shows the accept/maybe/decline page but no way to edit.
Can anyone explain this behavior? Is this a bug or a feature?

I don't believe that ActiveSync supports delegation (with Calendars). You can choose to sync the calendar of your colleague (settings-->folders to sync), but I don't believe it's possible to edit their event on the iPhone.
