Kerio 7: Client Windows 7 KOC Offline Edition:
A User is Connected via Outlook and use "Another Mailbox" from another user.
Now the Problem: The User can not Change some thinks in the Mailbox: e.g. marks Mails as unread and so on.
Have anyone a solution for that?
Regards
Kai Dräger

Hi Kai,
Does the user have reader or editor rights? As you need to make sure they have the appropriate rights to be able to change things in another users mailbox. Make sure they have 'Editor' rights and they should b good to go.
All the best,
Vicky

Hi Kai,
You would need to get the owner of the folder to check the rights in WebMail. The owner of the folder can go into webmail, right click on the folder, go to sharing and check what permissions they have given out.
All the best,
Vicky
