I have the archive folder where one can see all emails.
I need to set up a user to view some (not all) of the rest of the users through webmail. How to do so?
thanks for your help.

hello... thanks for your prompt reply.
Archive folder (where all emails are stored by month) can be accessed through webmail (if user has access to).
I need to give this type of access to 1 user but it should not see all emails but emails from certain users. It would be like giving access to other user's mailbox in outlook.

Just a quick sidenote - the archive is meant as what it is - an archive. Depending on the law you might be enforced to save some documents or any company communication for a defined lengt of time.
You should NEVER EVER give ANYONE access to it! It is mainly for archive and admin reasons! Respect the data protection rights and privacy of the ppl.
The correct question should have been "how can an user access an account of another user". That I guess you just found, it's called sharing OR (even better) delegation - look it up in the help.
And btw. - kerio needs the user to share the wanted folders/calendars and the other user has to activate the access. Can be a bit confusing.
