Hi Guys,

Please help me to find out the problem,some times when i need to connect my clients computer via teamviewer kerio blocking all internet connection and i am loosing my internet connection ,so i have to reboot my modem for internet comes back,i checked traffic rules and it seems working properly but i am not sure where i did mistake ,and it is some times happening and some time i can connect perfect.

Hello Russel,

I'm afraid that the problem isn't Kerio Control. By what you are saying the problem is your modem instead.

Hi.
I saw exactly the same problem a few time ago, in that environment my client have metro ethernet, I talked with support of the ISP and they fixed the problem.
