Does anyone knows a way to transfer the user statistics? I'm installing the software appliance on new hardware. Thanks.

Found out for you.

You need to transfer directory /var/winroute/star/ from your old Kerio Control to the new one. And for statistic in Webadmin->status transfer /var/winroute/stats.cfg .

Thank you mlee! For future readers of this post, I would like to say that this procedure does work with one exception. The data copied has daily information that will not show initially. I believe this has to do with log rollover time as I didn't see any data for the current day until the following day.
