I've configured a guest interface with an wi-fi AP accordingly to the textbook.
I want the users tot enter password before being allowed access to internet. Checked the required settings accordingly but the login screen doesn't appear, but i do get internet access.

Tested with several devices tablets, laptop, phones.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I assume you have followed http://kb.kerio.com/1654

I just created a test guest interface on my Control and it works straight away.

./fa/3749/0/

Would you like to recheck your rules/interface?

Yes I followed http://kb.kerio.com/1654.

So to be sure I tried the following:
Just deleted the inteface and the DHCP range.
Rebooted the KC applince.
Added an interface to the Guest Interface group, added DHCP range.
Checked the Traffic rules and finally ticked the "Rquire users to enter password" box.

Connected a Wireless AP to the interface and connected several devices. They are all able to connect to the internet but are never presented with the login screen.

I remove all the configuration and did it again, I can kinda get to the point of getting internet connection without the guest welcome screen, then I rebooted Kerio Control and I can see the welcome screen.

Did you reboot? Yes it was not mention in the knowledge base article but it seemed working.

Hi mlee, just rebooted. Still not getting the Guest login screen.

Should I start sending log / config files now?

Check in your traffic rules and look at the rule for the guest traffic. Does the column "last used" indicate that it's being used? Also look in the active hosts for your device. In the hostname column does it show an icon for a guest device? Also does it show any authenticated user? Have you set automatic login for your device's MAC or IP Address?

Hello Brian, automatic login, based on MAC, was the cause. Used a device that wasn't configured for automatic login and the login screen appeared. Thank you so much!
