Hi,
I have a big problem:
Kerio is running under Windows Server 2012. I wanted to change my DSL provider, at the moment I have 2 accounts, the old one and the new one. When I activate the new DSL line, Kerio is no longer working, it's not able to deliver mails, receiving works.
When I switch to the second new DSL line, I make the following:
In network settings I set the new IP for the new router address, e.g. from 192.168.1.101 to 192.168.1.102, that's the new DSL router
I also went into the settings of Windows DNS and changed the DNS servers of my provider and added the new ones.
My Kerio works on the way, that he uses your webserver that is in a datacenter and with SMTP auth.
I am getting the error messages 4.4.2 and 4.4.1 so I think that this is a DNS problem, but I don't know where I have to modify something

And here is the one when I use the old line. Same E-Mail but on the old line the message will be send immediately, on the new one it tooks more than 5 minutes to send a 4 kb mail.

This looks weird, after authentication the commands to the remote server take ages on the new dsl line.
I would start checking the routing: open a command line on the server, ping and traceroute to the destination, on the old and new line. Maybe ask the other side, if they see something weird in their logs.

Yeah, doesn't look like a kerio problem (kerio can connect > done), but more like a routing problem or a problem with the dsl line itself. A DNS problem would be, if Kerio can't find your external server, because the translation of the ip and dns name wont work.
But Kerio can connect and sends the mail without any errors, but slow. Try to change the router hardware with the new account and try it again, turn the old router/account off. Try to DL some files etc. to see if the DSL line can upload/download at full speed or with a fritz box you could check the dsl line directly.
