Declining off-line connector update [message #118383]

I want to upgrade our Connect server (v8.2.1) to 8.40. I still have a couple of people using MSOffice (OutLook) on Windows XP. If i do the upgrade, and un-check "install updates automatically" in the administrator / settings/ advanced / software updates, will folks still be able to connect & get their e-mail ?

Or if anyone has had success installing the new version of KOFF on fully patched XP, I'd like to hear about that, too.

Kerio Outlook Connector will be upgraded even with this option disabled. Kerio Outlook Connector is supported on Windows XP.

I'm still running (4) XP w/SP3 machines and Outlook 2007 on 8.4 without issue. I have Connect set for KOFF to update automatically and haven't had any reported issues in the last few weeks that I've been running 8.4
