how can i redirect a SMTP service to my vpn whit one IP Public Address to multiple server [message #117383]

for example i have and a public DNS at 210.25.25.130 with this mx records
mail.ovcompany.com 210.25.25.128
mail2.company.com 210.25.25.128
mail3.othercompany.com 210.25.25.128

i put 210.25.25.128 at my kerio Control proxy pc.

those company are in my vpn like

mail.ovcompany.com 192.168.15.2
mail2.company.com 192.168.16.2
mail3.othercompany.com 192.168.17.2

i dont have more IP Public address, how can i made the rules for this work
