IOS 8.1 Active Sync Not Pushing Email [message #117187]

Recently upgraded all iphones to 6, IOS version 8.1 (45 of them). Users keep calling because there mail is not coming in automatically. Once they open the mail icon then it starts to show up. IS this NORMAL ?? Never used to work that way.

Re entered the password for the kerio account and now seems to be working.
Will wait till tomorrow for final confirmation.

Is it really Exchange ActiveSync account or IMAP with CalDAV and CardDAV?

Same problem here. After upgrading to iOS 8.1 (iPhone 5) push does not work. But push also does not work on Exchange 2013. So I think it's a iOS problem not a problem with Kerio. Look at this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6613400

Yes all are setup as active sync.
The password fix is only temporary.
Most of the time new mail does not show up until you enter the mail app.
