Connection Refused ( not by Kerio server ) [message #116790]

After a minute using Kerio I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED by all servers (websites and stuff). I've tried different browsers, scanned for viruses and turned off my firewall and antivirus. What should I do ? I've logged in with my account ( username ) on different computers, it works fine there. pls help me
