Archive Index issue [message #116489]

Hi All

I am having some problems with archive on a Kerio server

When the user open the archive folder all he can see is unknown messages

First I though was an index issue so then I run this command to stop the serve
/usr/local/kerio/mailserver/keriomailserver stop
Replace the index.fld for index.bad
Screen shot of one of the folders

Run the command again to start the server
/usr/local/kerio/mailserver/keriomailserver start
The index is rebuid but the email remain the same ( see screen shots)
I have even try instead renaming it I deleted it but the same thing happened

Can someone please help

Hi Savio,

Was this archive folder compressed and restored? Also what version of Kerio Connect are you running? This is not normal behaviour and you may benefit from opening this as a support ticket with us http://www.kerio.com/support/technical-support
