Users get UDP traffic is probably blocked message lots of times [message #116371]

Hello
I'm using Kerio Control 8 on a linux server. It's about two weeks users get "UDP traffic is probably blocked" and cannot re-connect for couple of minutes. How can I fix it? Or letting them reconnect immidiately after getting disconnected?

Have you tried looking for related information from any of the logs?

Have you tried creating a new rule for this particular UDP traffic with packet logging and monitor?

Have you tried disabling services such as IPS etc and see if they make any differences?
