Can't receive mail if attach file > 8MB [message #115427]

kerio firewall:

External: 192.168.0.32/24
internal: 10.0.0.1/24

Modem/ router: 192.168.0.1

if i config default to firewall, user can't receive mail > 8MB ( i not config limit banwith).
if i config default to modem, it will ok.

Please help me with problem !!! ths
