Ok, I hope someone can help. I have the latest kerio connect running on windows 2008 R2 server. It was all working perfectly until yesterday. We decommissioned an old windows server from the network - but before we did, all the software was uninstalled - INCLUDING kerio active directory connector (without thinking).
Next minute - there were no users in kerio. Realising the mistake, we downloaded the connector again and installed it. Went back into kerio admin and reconfigured the domain section for active directory connection and voila - all the users came back.
HOWEVER, now they cannot receive mail at all from the outside world. They can send mail and they can receive internal mail - but nothing from outside comes though.
I can see the email from outside arriving in the logs - but it is never delivered to the user.
I have reinstalled Kerio Connect in repair mode - no difference.
I have restored yesterday's mailbox.cfg and user.cfg file - no difference.
I have rebooted all servers - no difference.
If I go into Active Directory - users and computers, and open the properties of any user, their mailbox is there (but a different domain, which was always the case).
When i go into Kerio Admin - it says only two users from 24 - when there are 19 users there - so clearly, something hasn't hooked up?
