Traffic Policy doesn't work correctly [message #114623]

Hello, i've got the problem. One of my traffic policies fail at different times. It becomes to work after switching off and on.
I can't find the reason of this situation. Please help me)

backup your configuration. Reset to factory settings and reload your configuration backup.
If this isn't working send a screenshot of the rule here.
