I'd suggest starting with using users in the rules instead of IP address, if you do a search there should be quite a few old related posts.

hi every body i found solution for manage internet in terminal sever with kerio control i write my solution to every body use this step by step
1-conect kerio to internet
2-disable default nat rule
3-in proxy server check non-transparent proxy ticked
4-in domain and user login tick all chek box in web authentication and define ip address for terminal server
5- set proxy for browser
//until here when user open browser kerio want user and password too authenticate user when user enter username thah authenticate in kerio he hase acssess too internet even you block user in traffic rule for deny user too have accsess too internet you must use content rule and block any source and any service and allow only user too accesses too any source on top rule
i have question bandwidth manager not work when use nontransparent proxy per user????
