Hi,

we have the problem, that some of the Kerio Poweruser receive event confirmations over and over.
The only answer we have to this problem is to delete the event and create a totally new one.

Do you have any experience with this kind of problem and maybe a solution how we can handle this matter?

The users are working with Outlook 2010, iOS7 and KerioConnect Webclient.

Thank you in advance and have a nice day for now!

Best regards

Jens

Hi Jens,

We have seen an issue with acceptance emails sent over and over if the event is accepted on an iOS device. This issue does seem to happen to only a select few people though from what I seen in the past. Can you confirm that the multiple acceptance emails are coming from a user that has accepted via their iPhone?

All the best,
Vicky

Hi Vicky,

Yes, we can confirm, the multiple acceptance emails are coming from a user that has accepted via their iPhone. How can I solve the problem?

best regards

Jens

Hi jens,

This is a known issue unfortunately the only way I know of to clear the issue is 1 of 2 ways:

1. Do not accept the invites on the iPhone
2. Some people have found that not accessing shared/public folders from the iPhone helps with this issue.

This was an issue that was initially solved but it appears to have come back again sadly. You can always try removing the Exchange account and then configuring it back up again and see if that helps.

I this helps a little,
Vicky
