Hello all,

Got an issue for several days now and it's making me go crazy Mad .

The problem is that the service Active-Sync is working perfectly within the local network (Phone -> internal IP of Exchange)

When we try to connect externally, the phones get the following message:
./fa/3502/0/

The strange thing is that this worked for over more than 2 years!

In Kerio Control I have the same single rule that works:
See next post.

And on top of that, I can see the connection active for a few seconds in connection log:
See next post.

On the other hand, when I check the even log of the Exchange server, I notice a rather bizar even:
Next post.

For testing purposes, if you map TCP 443 instead of 8500, does it work?

That is an issue.
My ISP is blocking every port below 1024 UDP and TCP.

I've tried to use another external port like 4430 but get the same error...

Not an Android Expert but have you tried using "SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)" as the security type in e-mail? I tried on a Nexus and it works with TCP 8500.
