Has anyone else run the Kerio Connector with Outlook in a terminal server environment?
we are having a couple issues:
1) Where outlook ran fine before (exchange environment) with several users on the term server we seem to be crashing outlook a lot

2) all my pcs are working fine but on the clients terminal server we are getting Kerio Outlook Connector Unable to synchronize a message:
Kerio Outlook Connector hasn't been able to deliver the message

We are sorry, but an error occurred while synchronizing the Contacts/00000003 message from the server to your Outlook account. This is usually caused by an error in the message, but there may be a bug in the product too.
The original message can be found in the Failed Message.eml attachment and you may succeed in opening it. You can also use Kerio WebMail to access the message.

We get about 30 of these on each user and it has a debug txt file with it:

[08/06/2014 08:49:15.510] (5496) {err}{convertor}
In MapiConvertor\MapiConvertor.cpp:185 (mimeToMapi)
Exception of class HResultException: Lib\RichTextConvertor.cpp(349), RichTextConvertor::unicodeToRtf:
0x80004005 E_FAIL: Conversion of unicode to rtf body failed
Conversion has failed.

[08/06/2014 08:49:15.510] (5496) {err}{scp-worker}
In SCProvider\ConvertorHelper.cpp:183 (ConvertorHelper::convertMimeMessage)
Exception of class HResultException: SCProvider\ConvertorHelper.cpp(176), ConvertorHelper::convertMimeMessage:
0x80004005 E_FAIL
HRESULT: 0x80004005 E_FAIL

I'm trying to finish this rollover today so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like your installation got messed up. I would suggest to reinstall kerio and delete the outlook accounts per user. Then set up a new. Had some errors too and changed the config and kerio connect batch file for installation on a TS. Look at my user profile and postings - you can find my config that way.

For the outlook delete go to the system panel and search for mail -best way to do it next to a reg change.

Also you should only allow one user per session. Multiple logins per user can be a problem.

Remember that the kerio offline connector is not a native exchange connection. Its installed under outlook because ms won't give the specs for the ex connect.
