I have 2 different internet connections
I want to set all users to use first interface for internet and only one user(or IP or Mac) to use the other interface.
how can i do that?

Create an extra NAT rule for this user on top of the default NAT rule:
./fa/3448/0/

Whoever accesses the internet using Outside-19 and the rest of the users use Outside-6.
