Would like to hear from other users about how a corrupt code in a users email shuts down Kerio and our internal server. Do you use Kerio and have it hosted on external third party site or on your own network server.
Is anyone else experiencing the network crashes? Thanks, Robin

I am not aware of any corrupted email capable of crashing a Kerio server, let along a whole network infrastructure.
We use Kerio, we have it hosted in our data center along with other web and backup servers.

Been using Connect for several years, running inhouse on a Win server, and have never had an email crash the server or the network.
If that is something that you can recreate on demand, I would contact Kerio support about it. Needless to say, that would be a serious vulnerability. For something like that, they shouldn't charge you a support incident.

When you ask for help here, you should give way more information. With what you said above you could also ask, how the weather will be in 2025 June 4
If it still crashes give us some info about the kerio version you running, OS behind, when does it crush, how it crushes, activate debug logging and post it here when the crash occures. Any additional event logs would also help (from the os).
