Good day. I'm seeing this message in my error log.
"FolderIndexTraitsImpl.cpp: Index error in folder ~<NAME><_at_>hbmadv.com/Notes: Cannot parse sticky note message file 0000002b.eml"
Can anyone tell me what this might be about.
The user in question is using Apple Mail on 10.8.5 and an iPhone 4S on iOS 7.
We are running 7.4.3 on Mac OS 10.8.5 (yes, I'm planning on upgrading Kerio to 8.1.3 in 2 weeks.)
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
this happens if someone create a note using iOS Notes / Apple Mail. File format of such a note is different than expected by server (created from Webmail/KOFF) and that is the source of these error messages. I'm guessing you have manually enabled ImapFullListing in mailserver.cfg.
We officially support editing notes from Apple clients (over IMAP) since 8.0.0. The upgrade process doesn't convert these wrong eml files - they need to be re-saved.
1. Ask affected users to backup their notes before you make the upgrade.
2. Upgrade server, delete all eml notes files which causes these errors.
3. Reindex (in WAM) affected users mailboxes.
4. Ask them to create their notes again.
Cheers,
Tomas Skoda
