Tested with the new client on 8.3 beta:
On our test system I have a test account with three mail addresses (not aliases). On another account I created a meeting with that test user using one of the secondary addresses, which was accepted by the test user. Now the event in the calendar of the meeting organizer shows the test user twice: as accepted with the main mail address, and as busy with the secondary used for the invitation. Switching to old webmail the event lists the user with as accepted and required with the main mail address and as tentative with the secodnary used for the invitation.
Repeating the exercise with webmail gives the expected result: the reply is send using the main mail address, but the organizer's calendar still shows the user with the address used for the invitation as accepted. This is also true after switching back to the new client.
