Failed to read delegation [message #109920]

Hi to all!
every time I log in with new webmail, the server returns this error: "Failed to read delegation" (see attach).

Can you help me?

With old webmail this problem does not occur..

Hi Diego

This is probably caused by the .caldav.db and .caldav.db.bak files.

You need to stop your Connect server and then remove these files from the root of the 'mail' folder.

If you have issues still, then I would raise a support ticket with us in Support.
