Hello all. I updated the KC server to 8.2.2 and downloaded the KOFF installer from the website. After installing both, my Outlook 2013 client errors on opening with "Your version of the Kerio Outlook Connector is not compatible with your mailserver version. Please contact your system administrator." My first reaction is BS! I am the admin and I know the versions are correct, but I allow for some stupidity on part of the Kerio system and remove KOFF from my computer. Then I download and install it from the Kerio WebAccess Integration page. Same error on Outlook startup! Anyone experience this or know how to correct?

Hello,

It would seem that part of the original installation package remains on your client PC. Please contact Kerio Technical Support, raise a support ticket, and ask for the KTUninstaller package, which will remove KOFF entirely.

Then restart the PC; create a new Outlook Profile and reinstall KOFF via the WebAccess Integration page.

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Neil.
