Iphone sync reduce contact picture resolution [message #108811]

I have iPhone 5 (ios 7) and Xperia z1 (android 4.2.2) working with newest Kerio connect (both use active sync synchronization). I updated my contact in Kerio with new contract pictures and my contact looks great on Xperia. After I switch for a moment to iPhone 5 and sync my all contact pictures lost resolutions and looks ugly on Xperia z1. My iPhone reduced contact pictures resolutions during synchronization. It is any way to fix this problem? Thanks.
