I wonder if is it possible to have L2TP or IPsec VPN service on Kerio Control 7.4 or not? if yes is there any tutorial?

Welcome to the forum!

IPSec is supported from version 8.0 as per our release notes -> http://www.kerio.com/control/history/older

If you need to use IPSec I would recommend upgrading Kerio Control:
