Hi Rick,
Have you checked in Settings->General->Profiles? Have a look in there and see if there is a profile already configured? Also check in Settings->Mail, Contacts and Calendars to see if there is an account already set up in there as well.
All the best,
Vicky

Hi, yeah 100% certain there are no accounts already setup. Have tested it on two different servers with completely clear phone setups. Seems to be a kerio bug? Have tried using the 'select folders to sync' but it doesn't let me past that folder selection screen - perhaps that's only for exchange active sync users. We don't use it.

Hi Rick,
OK, this sounds a problem that would benefit from being opened in a support ticket. As we would do some debugging and further troubleshooting. If you are willing to do this please go to the following link and raise a support ticket:
http://www.kerio.com/support
Or maybe one of our other forum users will answer you after having a similar issue but I have not had anyone else report this issue yet and it could be an issue with iOS7. Have you tried connecting to this with an iOS6 device at all?
All the best,
Vicky

Dear all,
this is an issue with the combination of iOS7 and Kerio Connect and the creation of the profile, which will install to auto-configure your device.
Apple has changed in iOS7 the procedure, how those accounts need to be created, using profiles.
The procedure is fixed in Kerio Connect 8.2, which is expected to be released within this month.
Meanwhile, you have to manually add the accounts (IMAP, CardDAV, CalDAV) to your devices or use EAS instead.
