We recently updated our mailserver to the latest version 8.1.3.
Now we have users that are not getting emails automatically.
The user has to close out their Outlook and open it back up then the emails will come through.
This started happening when the server got updated to version 8.1.3.
I have 3 different users with this issue.
They are running on Windows XP Professional with Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) version 8.1.3.1711 T0.
Any suggestions on why this is happening.

I would appreciate if someone from Kerio could "chime in" with some help on this.

Thanks!

I have been seeing a similar issue on 8.1.3, however I was running beta3 of 8.2 for a little while, so my Outlook Clients are still running the 8.2b3 KOFF. I just figured it was the inconsistency that was causing the issue.

Maybe not?

Hey Machete,
So you now have the Kerio 8.1.3 running on the server side and the Outlook clients are running the 8.2b3?
Just want to make sure I am understanding correctly.
So you are experiencing this issue on 8.1.3 as well?
Did you have the 8.2 beta, then "downgraded" back to 8.1.3?

Thanks!

Hi

Can you try to click Send/Receive All (press F9) instead of restarting Outlook?

BTW Kerio Outlook Connector 8.2.0 is really not compatible with Connect 8.1., just automatic downgrade was not forced in betas.

Pavel,
I tried that and it didn't work.
Plus that is not a fix.
The users should not have to hit F9 when they need to see emails.
Do you know of a way to fix this issue?

Thanks!

Hi

You are right, it would be no fix. Nevertheless it is a difference between a known and an unknown issue. Unfortunately I can't give you any simple solution. It is very likely that you hit an unknown bug in the product. I recommend you to report it to Kerio Technical Support.

@ Pavel - I figured this was the case, that's why I didn't make issue of it, however since I saw another user stating the same issue, I wanted to share.
